What counts as a "minor update"?
Copy changes and image swaps — things like updating your hours, changing a photo, or editing a service description. Minor updates do not include new pages, new features, layout changes, or redesigns. Those are scoped separately.
What if I want new pages or features added later?
We scope and quote those separately. Just email hello@upgraidez.com and we'll discuss what you need.
Do I need to buy a domain?
If you already have one, we'll point it to your new site. If you don't, we'll walk you through buying one — it's usually $10–15/year and takes five minutes.
What happens if I want to cancel the $75/mo plan?
No contracts. Cancel anytime. We'll give you your files so you can host elsewhere, or you can upgrade to the Handoff plan to take full ownership.
